Terms and conditions for rental fee payment:

1) Users shall settle all rental fee payment before using the Studio.

2) Users shall notify Studio at least 48 hours to cancel a booking, otherwise rental fee shall be imposed as follows:

   - notification less than 48 hours but no less than 24 hours in advance: users pay 50% of the rental fee.

   - notification less than 24 hours in advance: users shall pay 100% of the rental fee

3) Users shall notify Studio at least 24 hours in advance to change the date and/or time of the booking.If changes cannot be made due to the unavailability of the Studio, any rental fee paid may be saved for booking the Studio for a slot within six months from the original booking.

4) In case a black rainstorm warning signal or tropical cyclone warning signal no.8 or above is hoisted within 3 hours from the commencement of the booking slot, users may notify the Studio for a refund of any rental fee paid, or for saving the paid rental fee to book the Studio for a slot within six months from the original booking.

5) In case a black rainstorm warning signal or tropical cyclone warning signal no. 8 or above is hoisted during the booking slot, there shall be no refund of any rental fee paid.

 

Terms and conditions for using the Studio:

1) No eating shall be allowed inside the Studio - save with the Studio’s prior approval - a minimum charge of HK$500 on top of the rental fee.

2) Users shall book a minimum of 1 hour for using the Studio, 1/2 hour session(s) may be booked thereafter.

3) Rental slot includes preparation time and tidy-up time. At the end of a booking slot, users shall leave the Studio after restoring it to the original status, otherwise overtime usage shall be imposed as follows but without limiting the Studio’s discretion to vacate the Studio any time after the booking slot:

   - overtime usage of 15 minutes or more but less than 30 minutes: users shall pay additional 1/2 hour rental fee;

   - overtime usage of 30 minutes or more: users shall pay additional 1 hour rental fee.Depending on the actual overtime usage, additional rental fee may be imposed.

4) Users shall maintain cleanliness at all times when using the Studio.

5) Users shall not remove from, dismantle and/or damage any equipment or furniture at the Studio, including the complimentary yoga mats and foldable chairs for use during the rental period, otherwise penalty charge shall be imposed.

6) No gambling or illegal activities shall be permitted in the Studio.

7) The Studio shall not be under any liability for any loss of or damage to any personal properties or any injuries or death in relation to the usage of the Studio by the users. Users shall effect insurance policy to cover any risks in relation to the usage of the Studio as appropriate.
